Permits for Contractors

You can now apply for a construction permit electronically. Select the permit you are applying for and submit your completed form to jcpsd1@jeffcopsd.org A sewer or water permit is required for all sewer and water connections or repair to existing connections. Please allow 72 hours for processing before the project begin date. If approved, the permit fee is $30.00. All permits are in effect for 60 days. If you experience a delay in construction. A new permit must be acquired.

A final inspection of all work must be completed by JCPSD before any backfill or covering. Contractors must schedule inspections with the a minimum of 48 hours notice by contacting our District office at (636) 797-9900.

NOTICE : All contractors must request a MO1Call locate ticket before project begin date. Any contractor that fails to do so  resulting in destruction to JCPSD property will be fined and responsible for any and all damages and repairs.
